How to get a receipt for your stay
Payment receipts
- Online bookings – your payment receipt is emailed to you, once payment is received.
- Enquiry bookings – contact the owner to request a receipt.
GST receipts
- Contact the owner to request a GST receipt – if they're GST-registered.
- Not all property owners are GST-registered. If you need a GST receipt, ask the owner before booking.
- Holiday Houses can't provide GST receipts to guests – we act as the facilitator.
