Having trouble logging in? Here are a few things to check.
Using a Holiday Houses account
Make sure the email address you enter is the one registered to your account. Check that it's free from any typos and spaces.
If you enter the wrong password, an error message will pop up. If you need to reset your password to something new, select 'I forgot my password' to send password reset instructions to your registered email.
Outdated browser and cookies
Check your browser is up to date. You can also clear your cookies to refresh your browser and remove any saved data.
Using another account
If you signed up with another account (Trade Me, Google, Facebook), you'll need to head to that site first and get logged in there. Once that's done, try signing into Holiday Houses again.
