Add or update your bank account details, for Pay-per-booking listings
I don't have a New Zealand bank account
Add a bank account
Only NZ bank accounts can be used.
1. Add your account
- Go to My house details.
- Select Manage online bookings under 'Bookings and enquiries'.
- Select Add a bank account, enter your details, then select Verify this account.
- We'll pay $0.01 into your account – with a verification code. This can take 1-2 business days to process.
2. Verify
- Find the $0.01 payment – with the verification code in the particulars.
- Go to My house details.
- Select Manage online bookings under 'Bookings and enquiries'.
- Select Verify my account details and enter your code.
Once a bank account has been verified, it can be used for another property without verifying it again.
Change your bank account
To update your bank account details, you'll need to contact us below.
Please include:
- Confirmation of the listing ID(s) to be updated.
- Your new bank account name and number.
- Evidence of these bank account details (e.g. deposit slip, a screenshot of an online statement, etc.).
I don't have a New Zealand bank account
A New Zealand bank account is required to receive payments for Pay per booking listings.
If you and your property are based outside of Aotearoa, you can look at setting up a multi-currency account. Wise and HSBC both offer this kind of product – though you're welcome to do your own research to find what's best for you.
