Pay per booking & Pay per house
- Go to My House Details.
- Select View all enquiries/bookings under 'Bookings and enquiries'.
For Pay per house listings, we strongly recommend having a rental agreement with your guest. If you need some inspiration, check out our template.
Accept or decline bookings
Requests don't need to be accepted or declined if you've chosen to instantly accept all bookings.
Pay per booking
- Go to My House Details.
- Select View all enquiries/bookings under 'Bookings and enquiries'.
- Select Approve or decline this booking request.
- Accept or decline the booking, and add a note (optional).
When you accept a booking:
- The dates will be blocked out in your calendar.
- We'll send the renter a link to pay online. The booking will show as 'Pending payment', until they've paid.
- Once payment has been made, the booking will be confirmed and you'll both receive confirmation emails.
Note: bookings are cancelled if the renter doesn't pay within 48 hours of the request being accepted. Two hours for same-day and next-day bookings.
Pay per house
To accept an enquiry, contact the guest to confirm their stay details and take payment.
