Pay per booking
If you've chosen to instantly accept booking requests, you don't need to confirm or decline new bookings. If you've chosen to confirm booking requests yourself, we'll email you when a new request is made. You can accept or decline the request from the email, or online.
Viewing bookings online
To view your booking requests online, head to your 'My house details' page. Under 'Bookings and enquiries', select 'View all enquiries/bookings'.
Accept or decline
- Find the booking request on your 'enquiries/bookings' page.
- Select 'Approve or decline this booking request'.
- Accept or decline the booking, and add a note if you like.
Once you've accepted a booking request, your guest will be notified and charged, and the dates will be automatically blocked out in your booking calendar.
Pay per house
Bookings for 'Pay per house' listings are confirmed offline, between you and your guest. Potential holidaymakers will send you a message that you'll receive via email.
Viewing enquiries online
To view your booking requests online, head to your 'My house details' page. Under 'Bookings and enquiries', select 'View all enquiries/bookings'.
If you're keen to host them, just get in touch via the email or phone number they've provided. Once things are confirmed, select 'Create a calendar booking from this enquiry' on your 'enquiries/bookings' page to block out their dates.
If you don't want to go ahead with their request, select 'Remove'.
