'Pay per booking' listings
View and manage your cancellation policies:
- Head to your 'My house details' page.
- Find the property you want to edit, then under 'Bookings and enquiries', select 'Manage online bookings'.
- Select 'Cancellation policy'.
Add or edit a cancellation policy
- Select 'Add cancellation policy', or 'Edit' next to an existing policy.
- Choose the timeframe, amount the renter will lose, and the applicable dates (optional).
- Select 'Continue' to save the policy.
If you've already added a policy to a property, you can assign it to another one.
Delete a cancellation policy
To edit or delete a cancellation policy, select 'Edit' or 'Delete' from the Cancellation Policies page.
'Pay per house' listings
Pay per house bookings are organised directly with renters. We recommend specifying any cancellation policies in the 'Comments' field when creating or editing your listing.
You can also discuss this with your guest and come to an agreement beforehand. We strongly recommend signing a rental agreement with the renter. Need some inspiration? Check out our template.
