Import external calendars
It's important to make sure your calendar is up-to-date to avoid double bookings. Importing a calendar makes this super easy – renters can see which dates are or aren't available on your listing.
- Go to My house details.
- Find the property to update, and select Booking calendar under 'Bookings and enquiries'.
- Select Import calendar.
- Choose a name for your calendar (for your reference) and enter the calendar's URL.
- Select Import.
Imported calendars re-sync approximately every two hours.
Manually block out dates
- Go to My house details.
- Find the property to update, and select Booking calendar under 'Bookings and enquiries'.
- Select 'Update your calendar'.
- Choose whether you're adding a booking, blocking dates, or unblocking dates.
- Enter the details, then select Save.
Export your Holiday Houses calendar
- Get your external calendar ready for importing.
- Go to My house details.
- Find the property to expert a calendar from, and select Booking calendar under 'Bookings and enquiries'.
- Select 'Export calendar'.
- Copy the link, then paste into your other calendar.
Trouble syncing
Here are some things to try if your calendar isn't up to date:
- Check back after an hour or so – calendars sync hourly.
- Select the sync button
next to the imported calendar to force a manual update. - Check the external calendar to make sure the booking has gone in properly.
- Remove the imported calendar, then re-import it.
