Edit your listing

If you want to change a confirmed booking – we can help.

Once you've started your listing, you can make changes to keep things up to date.

Listing details, rates, photos, and location

1. Head to your 'My house details' page.
2. Find the property you want to edit, then under 'Maintain your listing', select 'Edit your listing'.
3. Make your changes, then save your changes.

Configure online bookings – 'Pay per booking' listings only

1. Head to your 'My house details' page.
2. Find the property you want to edit, then under 'Bookings and enquiries', select 'Configure online bookings'.

Booking confirmation

Choose whether to instantly confirm all online booking requests, or have them sent to you for confirmation. 

Booking deposit

Choose whether to charge the full amount, or a deposit with the balance paid 10 days before check-in, when the booking is confirmed.

Linen or cleaning charges

Add a one-off linen or cleaning charge to all bookings.

To add linen or cleaning charges to your 'Pay per house' listing, add the charges to the 'Comments' under your rates.

Renew a 'Pay per house' listing

1. From ‘My account’ select ‘Renew it now’.
2. Select the ‘Pay Per House’ option.
3. Select how long you'd like to list for, and the exposure level.
4. Confirm your payment method.
