When you might be due a refund
- You've requested a cancellation.
- The owner has cancelled your stay.
- Your stay has been changed (eg. fewer nights or people).
- There's been an issue with your stay, and the owner has agreed to a full or partial refund.
How refunds work
Online bookings
- The owner can amend or cancel your booking online.
- If you're eligible for a refund, we'll process the refund back to your card (less any cancellation fees).
- Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days.
Enquiry bookings
- Refunds can only be made by bank deposit.
- The owner will need your bank account details for any refunds.
Cancellation fees
- Owners can set their own cancellation policy.
- Holiday Houses charges a $75 cancellation fee for all bookings.
