Cancelling an online booking
If you wish to cancel an online booking, please contact the property owner. The owner can cancel and refund your booking online, otherwise, they can contact us for assistance.
If you are unable to reach the owner, please contact us by clicking “Submit a request”’ at the bottom of this page.
Check the cancellation policy of your booking
This can be found in the confirmation email sent to you when your booking was accepted and on the property listing itself.
If you are requesting a refund and you are cancelling within the owners cancellation policy, the owner will need to agree to this first before we can process this.
We can only process a refund that the owner has agreed to.
Make an amendment to your booking
The owner needs to be aware and accept any changes you wish to make to your booking, so please contact them first. You can contact the owner through their listing on site or by finding their contact information on your booking confirmation email.
We will not be able to make any changes to your booking without the owners confirmation of these changes.
