- Booking requests are accepted instantly.
- Your deposit or full payment is charged immediately once you've booked.
- If you're charged a deposit upon confirmation, the remaining balance is charged 10 days before check-in.
- Payments are securely held by us, until after you've checked in.

- Booking requests are sent to the property owner for approval. Once accepted, you'll receive a secure payment link from us to make payment by credit/debit card.
- If payment isn't made within 48 hours, the booking will be cancelled (two hours for same-day and next-day bookings).

Enquiry bookings
To pay for your enquiry booking, contact the owner. They'll need to provide you with their bank account details so you can pay for your stay. Never send the owner your credit card details.
