After your stay, let future guests know how things went
Leaving a review
- Login using the same email address you used for your booking.
- Go to the property listing page (you can find a link to it from your booking confirmation email).
- Select Leave a review.
You might not see your review go live right away. Some reviews need to be approved by our team – this can take a couple of days. Owners can reply to your review.
Trouble leaving a review
- Check that you're logged in using the same email address as the one you used to book your stay.
- If your stay was organised from an enquiry to the owner (not paid online via credit card), your host needs to have created a calendar booking from your enquiry.
