After your stay, you can let future guests know how things went. You can choose a star rating out of five, and leave a comment.
Leaving a review
- Make sure you're logged in using the same email address that you used for your booking.
- Head to the property listing page.
- Select 'Leave a review'.
You might not see your review go live right away. Some reviews need to be approved by our team – this can take a couple of days. Owners can reply to your review.
Trouble leaving a review
Check that you're logged in using the same email address as the one you used to book your stay.
If your stay was organised from an enquiry to the owner (not paid online via credit card), your host needs to have created a calendar booking from your enquiry.
