Paid online bookings
|To cancel your booking, reach out to the owner to let them know. They can cancel the booking and process any applicable refunds from their end online.||If your booking was arranged directly with an owner through an enquiry, just contact the owner and let them know that you need to cancel your booking.|
The owner's contact details are in your booking confirmation email. If you've lost their details, let us know and we'll put you in touch with them.
We expect owners to respond to requests within 48 hours. If don't hear back, please submit a request below. Make sure you include your booking reference, and why you need to cancel.
